Cornflake ‘n Panko Chicken Strips and Honey Mustard

My baby girl like every other kid under 12 loves chicken nuggets. The only thing is, they have no idea what a truly good chicken nugget tastes like. Prepare to have your mind blown away if you too share this non good chicken nugget experience.

1 pound chicken breasts

1/2 cup buttermilk

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 tsp each of oregano and paprika

1 cup corn flakes

1 cup panko bread crumbs

Cut your chicken into strips. Make marinade of buttermilk and paprika. Bathe your chicken thoroughly in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.

Blend cornflakes in a processor for only a lil’ bit. You want chunkyness.

Pour in panko as well as the salt n pepa. Take strips and dip into the mix.

Really get it covered.

Placed a greased slotted baking sheet.

Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Now let’s make some homemade honey mustard.

2 tbsp dijon or stone ground mustard

1/3 cup miracle whip

2 tsp raw honey

Mix them all together. Raw honey is a little chunky so you may need to warm up in the microwave to liquify.

Best honey mustard hands down that you will ever have.
