Protein Pancakes

I’m in love with breakfast. I also have little time to cook in the morning now, so I need some quick recipes. This one so happens to be chock full of healthiness too, bonus!

1 scoop vanilla whey

3/4 cup spelt flour

1/4 cup oatmeal

3 egg whites

1 whole egg

1 tbsp vanilla or almond extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

chopped fruit of choice and agave nectar for topping

Mix oats snd spelt.

Combine with the cinnamon, eggs, extract and protein powder.

Add almond milk the batter appears to be dry.

Cook over medium heat.

Serve with chopped fruit and some agave nectar.

Makes 3 cakes.
