Crunchy Beans

Yes, I said crunchy beans. I personally hate snacks that are too salty and full of crap, so I decided to try to find a nice alternative to it. Plus this is easy on the budget which always makes me a happy chick.

1 can garbanzo beans

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp each of chili powder, garlic powder, turmeric and paprika

First of all, do not judge me for using canned beans. Now that we have that out of the way, open your beans and drain them. Throw them on a towel and pat them dry.

Toss in the olive oil.

Now the spices.

Place on a baking sheet and bake @ 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

Try to stir at least once while cooking.

Eat warm or eat later. I doubt you’ll be able to put these down.
