All smore, no fire. Just lots of chocolate.
12 oz semisweet chocolate morsels
1 1/2 cups chocolate pieces of choice (I chose 1/2 cup each of white, milk and dark)
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup pecans
2 to 3 cups crushed pretzels (I liked it more pretzely)
Melt all the chocolate over medium heat.
I need to give an honerable mention to this find: WHITE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER!
Add the PB to the pot.
Keep stirring to prevent burning.
Make sure to have the pretzels ready to go.
OMG this is so bootyful!
Throw in the marshmallows.
Now the pretzels.
And toss in some nuts.
Stir violently. Ok maybe not violently, but blend pretty good. Don’t lick the spoon though it may be tempting. You could burn your tongue. And no, I don’t know this from experience.
Spread in a foil lined pan. Please use foil. Do not forget this step.
Place in the freezer for a minimum of 20 minutes to set. Overnight works fine too. Slice into bars or squares.
And because you do not need these lying around your fridge, take some to work. Your coworkers and their kids will love them.
