Homemade Granola Bars Booyyeee

I’m loving all things homemade. These technically are granola bars, but they are so soft I ended up turning them into granola after a few days. Either way it’s a tasty treat!

 1 cup almonds
1/2 cup peacns
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 dried pineapples
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon

 Let’s start by putting 1/2 the almonds in a food processor. 

 Then half of the pecans and the walnuts and oats. 

 Process for a few seconds and add to a bowl. Throw in remaining nuts and oats to the bowl.

 Add cranberries.



 And the sesame seeds.


 Stir together and set aside. Grab a small pan and add honey, oil, salt, extracts and cinnamon. I know, I grabbed a bowl. Just get a pan and move on!

 Cook over meadium heat until syrupy. 

 Ahh … almost resembles cake batter popcorn syrup but this is way healthier people. Pour over the dry mix.

 Stir well. Just gawjus!

 Line a square dish with parchment paper and dump mix in. Form flat.

 Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

 Cut into bars or crumble over fruit and yogurt.

 Muy delicioso!
