Menchie’s For Breakfast

Yes, this was worth the vandalized gouda. Plus, we are celebrating my 100th post today, so we have to eat something sweet that not going to set us back 5,000 calories! If you have never heard of Menchies, you better find out. I’ve never been obscessed with treat like this. And now, I get to indulge in it for breakfast. Oh why not, it’s yogurt. That certainly makes it a breakfast food. Let’s make a mango and lime lassi.

5 mexican mangoes, peeled and sliced

juice of 3 limes and 1 lime for garnish

8 ounces frozen yogurt, let sit at room temp for a while

 1 cup milk

1 tbsp raw honey

crunchy ice

Place everything in a blender.

Serve with someone you love.

Or drink them both. LOL
