New Grub: Lemongrass

I’ve always loved the taste of lemongrass, but I’ve never found it in its true form. Behold …..

Slice open with a very sharp nice. It’s similar to green onions, but rough.

Smells lemony.

Use in soups or stiry frys. You can boil in water or broth to soften. I threw the cooked lemongrass in my world famous stir-fry.

The flavor possibilities are endless.
