Smoked Ham

I had a date with my family for Easter, Dom had a date with the smoker.

First, mix together some special spices. I’d tell you his recipe, but then he’s write me out of the will.

Rub all over your piece of ham. We were lucky to find this uncooked one at the Asian market. Still had the rind on it.

Prepare the smoker. I’d tell you how to do this, but I don’t know how. Maybe one day I’ll learn, but that day is not today.

Smoke meat on low heat for lots of hours. This will jack up the neighborhood just enough for the neighbors to wish they had been more, how do you say, neighborly.

Slap on some homemade BBQ sauce and enjoy.
