Yeah, not difficult, just good.
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup half and half
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp sugar
salt – n – pepa
2 to 3 cooked chicken breasts, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
3 green onions, diced
2 cups grapes either color is fine
1/2 cup nuts, almonds or walnuts or pecans or all 🙂
bread, tortillas or an empty bowl for serving
Mix up the mayo, yogurt, half and half, lemon, suga, salt/pepa. Stir very well.
Grab ya a new bowl and throw in cut up chicken.
Add celery, grapes and onions.
Let’s sauce it up.
Stir well so everything is evenly coated. Oh yeah this really is my favorite part. Toss in fresh dill. Now sniff the bowl.
Shovel into a wrap of some sort and get down with your chicken salad.
