Some nights I get home late from class, we will nickname it Bumza so I don’t violate any copyrights. I needs me a quick meal that won’t ruin all the hard work I just put in. On the menu is Parmesan Tilapia and it won’t break the calorie bank. Ooh yeah!
1 pound tilapia
juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp softened butter
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tbsp mayo
1/2 tsp each of basil, pepper, onion powder, celery seed & Lawry’s
Heat up your oven to broil. Mix all ingredients but the fish in a bowl and set aside.
Grease a pan and place fish on it.
Broil for 3 minutes then flip.
Broil another 3 minutes. Flip again. Smother with the cheesy mix.
Broil another two minutes. OMG can you believe this goodness?
This was so good there was a fight for the last piece. Success!
