Bacon & Rosemary Potaters

Simple recipes for a quick morning breakfast. I made these one Sunday night and we ate them for breakfast for the next three days. You too will love this little treat.

7 to 8 red potatoes

3 cloves garlic

sprig of rosemary

6 slices of bacon

First cook the bacon.

Remove bacon and set aside on a paper towel. Reserve bacon juice. Throw potatoes in the pan you cooked the bacon in.

Cook until browned. I know, I’m a messy cook today.

Once cooked add bacon and rosemary.

EAT. Or save for breakfast LOL.
