This is not too difficult but so tasty, sure to disappear quickly.
12 hard boiled eggs (10 will do if you messed up 2 like moi)
1/4 cup mayo
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp smoked paprika plus more for dusting
chives for garnish
Slice the eggs in half. Separate the eggs and the yolks.
Just had to share, I had twins today!
Place yolks in a food processor.
Squirt in the mustards and mayo. Oh and add the paprika and garlic too.
Mix to make the goop.
Fill the egg whites with the goop. Sprinkle with some paprika and garnish with chives if you got ’em.
I served with the Taco Cups and the Mutant Brownies for a football weekend. They liked it. They really liked it!
