Chillay Cheese Dogs!

Sometimes you feel like weiners for dinner, but you hate to hit up a drive through when it’s so easy to make yourself. Here is a very good dog recipe that will have your family going back for seconds.

2 tbsp olive oil

1 medium yellow onion diced

1 pound lean ground beef

1 cup ketchup

1 tsp chili powder

1 tbsp dijon mustard

salt/pepper

Nathan’s All Beef Franks – because they don’t look or taste like a pile of lips and assholes

Buns

garnish: tomatoes/jalapenos/cheese /onion

Heat a skillet over medium heat, add in the olive oil. Cook the onion for a few min, then add in beef. Cook until brown. Stir in ketchup/mustard/chile powder and let simmer.

While this cooks to goodness, make your weiners sizzle.

Place your cooked weiners in buns and create a dog masterpiece with the toppings.

If you are a 6 foot 4 inch tall man who moonlights as a garbage disposal, this is what your plate might look like …

If you are leading a more demure eating lifestyle like me, this is what your plate should look like.

Either way … enjoy your weiners.
