The Simplest Thing You Will Ever Make

Roasted Red Pepper Pesto Hummus, because who doesn’t like to eat 2 of their favorite things at one time.

Get this stuff

1 package of basil

5 tbsp olive oil

15oz can of garbanzo beans

1/3 cup pine nuts

3 cloves garlic

handful of chopped cilantro

1 lemon

4 oz roasted red pepper

salt and pepper to taste

water if needed

squirts of sriracha

Throw all ingredients in a food processor and mix. Add water if you like dip a little thinner.

Eat with veggies or in a pita or with a straw. Just eat!
