I’ll say I’m a fan for sure and now I can eat them too! Mmmm cookays!
1 stick of softened butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups yellow cake mix
3 tbsp flour
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut flakes
1/3 cups dried fruit
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat that oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl add butter, eggs and vanilla and stir it up.
Pour in the cake mix and mix. Then add the flour 1 tbsp at a time. Now toss in the coconut, fruit and chocolate chips.
Place dough in a freezer for 15 minutes. Form some balls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Honestly the dough is as good as the baked cookie itself. If only I had put rum instead of vailla this would have been a dream come true. Maybe next time.
